We are seeking an experienced Ecology Manager to join our team at Access Talent Group. As a key member of our consultancy, you will be responsible for leading ecological surveys, liaising with clients, and delivering high-quality consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage ecological surveys and projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success
- Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the consultancy's client base
- Mentor junior staff on all aspects of the role, including project management and client interaction
- 4-5 years of experience in ecology or a related field
- Ability to undertake a range of protected species surveys
- Full CIEEM membership or progressing to Full CIEEM
- The right to live and work in the UK
- Experience in regular client/business interaction
