Speech and Language Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for managing a complex and specialist clinical caseload, providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues, and contributing to the development of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a complex and specialist clinical caseload, providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues.
- Contribute to the development of our services, including the design and delivery of training programs and the development of clinical guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- Provide leadership and supervision to junior staff members, supporting their professional development and ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care.
- Contribute to the development of our services, including the design and delivery of training programs and the development of clinical guidelines.
- Registered health care professional (HCPC registration)
- Health related degree and evidence of relevant postgraduate development at Level 6
- Evidence of Specialist qualifications relevant to area of practice evidenced through self-learning and/or attendance at short courses
