Clinical Specialist Speech and Language Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children with autism, learning disability, and complex disability, including the use of hi-tech AAC.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a complex and specialist clinical caseload, providing high-quality care to children and their families.
- Act as a specialist resource to the Children's Therapies team and other professionals and agencies.
- Support the work of SEND, including completion of education, health, and care needs assessments and occasional involvement in SENDIST appeal hearings as an expert witness.
- Supervise identified staff within the team, collaborating with the Head of Service, Operational Manager, and Team.
- Contribute to the wider work of the team, including initial assessment clinics, referral triage, and Therapy One.
- Provide leadership to the Team, collaborating with other clinical Leads.
