Job Summary
AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters is seeking an experienced Commercial Surveyor to join their expanding team. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality valuation reports and professional landlord and tenant advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver valuation reports in accordance with client instructions and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with commercial property management teams and stakeholders.
- Report to the Head of Commercial and contribute to the growth of the business.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commercial Surveyor or equivalent.
- Registered Valuer with a strong understanding of the local property market.
- Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of industry regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Environment
The role will cover the West Midlands, Warwickshire, and Leicestershire areas, with the option to work from the Stratford-upon-Avon, Coventry, or Evesham hubs.
