Senior Lettings Negotiator Opportunity

This is a fantastic chance to become a part of our award-winning Estate Agency, Chancellors, as a Senior Lettings Negotiator. Our Basingstoke Branch is seeking a skilled professional who can provide exceptional client service, build strong relationships, and consistently deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and service.
  2. Identify client requirements and match them to our extensive property portfolio.
  3. Utilize a polite and confident telephone manner to effectively communicate details.
  4. Manage time efficiently to maximize appointment and activity levels.
  5. Participate in relevant training courses to enhance knowledge and improve performance.

Requirements:

  1. Be target-driven and tenacious, with a strong desire to succeed.
  2. Work effectively within a team environment.
  3. Display high levels of motivation and enthusiasm at all times.
  4. Exhibit high standards of service and presentation.
  5. Possess good organizational skills.
  6. Have a drive to excel and be the top performer.
  7. Be a car owner with a full driving license and business insurance.
  8. Have the legal right to work in the UK.
