Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team as a key member of our culinary leadership. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for supporting our Head Chef in menu development, kitchen operations, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in creating and implementing new menu ideas and specials
  • Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production and efficient service
  • Lead and develop a team of chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service
  • Manage kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials
  • Drive sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front-of-house teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP in a similar environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for producing high-quality food and delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to manage kitchen staff, rota, and training
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Pro-active approach to driving sales and growth
