We are seeking a Compliance and Operations Coordinator to join our enthusiastic and committed team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Update external client systems with job activity information and provide team support.
- Assist in scheduling subcontractor assignments as needed.
- Manage and organize multiple email accounts.
- Update internal management systems with relevant information.
- Provide administrative support for the on-call engineer schedule.
- Ensure customer systems are updated with necessary contractual information.

About You:
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
- Experience in a facilities management helpdesk is beneficial.
- Proven administrative experience is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT skills.
- Familiarity with management systems is advantageous.
- Candidates will undergo security vetting.
