About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, ensuring a positive experience for our Home Owners.

This varied and interesting role will see you managing the maintenance of the property, providing a first-class service to Owners, and liaising with customers and suppliers. You will be the trusted, 'go-to' person on-site and a 'friendly neighbour' for Owners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing contractors and scheduling maintenance
  • Completing health and safety checks
  • Organising activities and events for Owners
  • Providing excellent customer service

We are looking for someone with a background in administration and customer service, who is passionate about providing a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for our Owners.

About You

This position is ideally suited to people with experience of similar backgrounds such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors.

You will be an accomplished administrator, computer literate, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.

We are a progressive managing agent of privately owned leasehold Retirement Living accommodation, managing over 220 developments nationally. We are committed to providing a professional, award-winning, customer-focused service.
