Lodge Manager

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at our retirement development. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people, has a background in administration and customer service, and is able to provide a high level of service to our residents.

This is a varied and interesting role that will see you coordinating the development and related activities, making a positive difference every day to the lives of our residents. You will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property, providing a first-class service to residents, and liaising with a range of customers and suppliers.

• Manage the maintenance of the property, including scheduling and coordinating repairs and maintenance
• Provide a high level of customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Liaise with a range of customers and suppliers, including contractors and maintenance staff
• Coordinate activities and events for residents, including social events and community activities
• Manage the administration of the development, including maintaining records and reports

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Experience of working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a residential or property management setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a range of people, including residents, staff, and contractors
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols
