Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Care First UK Recruitment Solutions. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing basic personal care and assisting residents with daily living tasks
- Supporting residents to cook, clean their room, and manage their medication
- Accompanying residents to appointments and activities
- Encouraging residents to participate in activities and hobbies, such as board games, arts and crafts, and swimming
- Working collaboratively with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
Requirements:
- UK driving licence and ability to drive manual vehicles
- Full training will be provided for the right candidate
- Previous experience in care or a related field is desirable but not essential
