Uptime Institute is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity services team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cybersecurity-focused services to help our clients protect their digital infrastructure against cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and consulting services to help clients protect their digital infrastructure against cyber threats.
- Continuously evolve Uptime Institute's cybersecurity services roadmap and scope parameters to improve services offering against expanding cyber security norms and standards.
- Identify and manage cybersecurity program development partners and advisory board to ensure cybersecurity offering maps to current and future market and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and monitor program execution, project coordination, and managing project interdependencies, cross-project resource management, identifying and addressing problems and risks, program documentation, stakeholder communications, negotiations, and problem-solving.
- Establish and manage sales process, training of technical and sales teams, product launch, and ongoing marketing programs in partnership with relevant functional areas.
Requirements:
- Robust knowledge of technology, architectures, and related tools.
- Working knowledge of cyber security approaches and processes for data centers and digital infrastructure.
- Exposure to developing and implementing cyber security programs in global organizations.
- Detailed working knowledge of the European/Global regulatory environment governing cybersecurity.
- Deep understanding of ISO27001, NIST-SP800, NIS-2, IEC62443, EN50600, and other common standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- First-hand knowledge of the Enterprise's typical digital infrastructure estates.
- Demonstrable experience working with IT management to successfully create cybersecurity frameworks and capabilities within these organizations.
- Experience originating cyber security programs and building business cases to secure funding for cyber security initiatives.
- Experience in establishing and managing the creation of regulatory cyber security self-assessment and third-party assessments and coordination of periodic assessments.
