Cybersecurity Program Manager

Uptime Institute is seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity services team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cybersecurity programs to protect our clients' digital infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and roadmaps to protect digital infrastructure against cyber threats.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive requirements and improvement initiatives, and champion the execution and rollout of initiatives globally.
- Develop and maintain the cybersecurity services roadmap and scope parameters to improve services offering against expanding cyber security norms and standards.
- Identify and manage cybersecurity program development partners and advisory board to ensure cybersecurity offering maps to current and future market and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and monitor program execution, project coordination, and manage project interdependencies, cross-project resource management, and identify and address problems and risks.
- Establish and manage sales processes, training of technical and sales teams, product launch, and ongoing marketing programs in partnership with relevant functional areas.
- Strong technology and/or ICT experience obtained via a career in industry or another cybersecurity services provider/consultancy.
- Knowledge of the latest infrastructure technology trends and an appreciation of the opportunities and risks they present.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective client relationships with multiple stakeholders across IT, facilities, and compliance functions.
- Ability to think creatively, generate innovative ideas, question the status quo at our clients' operations, and deliver effectively against challenging objectives.
- Utilize analytical skills to identify and challenge perceived or actual conflicts between operational resilience and sustainability initiatives.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work iteratively, delivering quickly and frequently to produce high-quality documents and outputs which require little to no rework.
- Multilingual English as a first language with Arabic as a second.
- Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and/or CISA.
- Experience in creating and maintaining the service taxonomy for cybersecurity.
- Experience originating cybersecurity programs and building business cases to secure funding for cybersecurity initiatives.
- Experience in establishing and managing the creation of regulatory cybersecurity self-assessment and third-party assessments and coordination of periodic assessments.
- Experience in coordinating with internal compliance and IT audit groups and with regulatory agencies.
