Job Title: Cybersecurity Program Manager

Uptime Institute is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity services team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cybersecurity-focused services to help our clients protect their digital infrastructure against cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies and consulting services to help clients protect their digital infrastructure against cyber threats.
  • Continuously evolve Uptime Institute's cybersecurity services roadmap and scope parameters to improve services offering against expanding cyber security norms and standards.
  • Identify and manage cybersecurity program development partners and advisory board to ensure cybersecurity offering maps to current and future market and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and monitor program execution, project coordination, and managing project interdependencies, cross-project resource management, identifying and addressing problems and risks, program documentation, stakeholder communications, negotiations, and problem-solving.
  • Establish, sales process, training of technical and sales teams, product launch, and ongoing marketing programs in partnership with relevant functional areas.
Requirements:
  • Prior business experience with digital infrastructure (data centers) with a specific focus on cyber security.
  • Robust knowledge of technology, architectures, and related tools.
  • Working knowledge of cyber security approaches and processes for data centers and digital infrastructure.
  • Exposure to developing and implementing cyber security programs in global organizations.
  • Knowledge of the latest infrastructure technology trends and an appreciation of the opportunities and risks they present.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective client relationships with multiple stakeholders across IT, facilities, and compliance functions.
