Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Facilities to join our team at Warner Leisure Hotels. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of facilities staff to ensure the effective maintenance and upkeep of our hotel and grounds.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and high-quality guest experiences.
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve financial targets.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
