Position Overview

ROLE OBJECTIVE

Senior Consultants at EVERSANA are responsible for guiding the strategy, development, and success of EVERSANA MANAGEMENT CONSULTING (EMC).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead strategic initiatives to improve outcomes for our life science clientele.
  • Enhance and nurture the EMC partnership with a diverse range of clients.
  • Leverage your life science knowledge to serve as a key representative both internally and externally.
  • Guide junior team members, supporting their professional growth and development.
  • Oversee client projects across various sectors.
  • Develop and promote solution-oriented engagements while building a strong business portfolio.
  • Manage financial responsibilities, including P&L oversight.

Office Setting: While performing your duties, you can expect to frequently stand or sit, reach, grasp, and walk. Engaging in conversations and having adequate hearing ability is essential. Occasionally, lifting or moving objects weighing up to 25 pounds may be necessary. The work environment generally features moderate noise levels with regular interruptions and varied demands.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degrees such as an MBA, PhD, or MD are highly regarded.
  • A proven track record of successful sales and leadership in strategy consulting for life sciences firms is essential.
  • At least 8 years of experience in project leadership and management within consulting organizations is required.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the dynamics and challenges within the biopharma sector is crucial.
  • Experience in managing and developing a business portfolio exceeding $3 million is preferred.
