We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to lead our field-based support function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing inspirational leadership to a team of Area Managers and Business Support Managers, enabling them to deliver exceptional results and support our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of up to 10 Area Managers and 2 Business Support Managers to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive sales and customer service excellence
- Build effective commercial relationships with key stakeholders and Postmasters
- Interface with senior management to deliver the wider business strategy
- Drive business change initiatives and lead complex projects
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail leadership, preferably in a large and complex environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build successful teams
- Commercial acumen with excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent influencing and communication skills
- Demonstrable track record of developing teams to maximize their potential
