Maintenance Engineer - Electronics Manufacturing

Our client, a leading provider of electronic design and assembly services, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining a wide variety of high-tech assembly equipment, including surface mount and associated assembly machinery, re-flow ovens, solder paste printers, and automatic optical inspection systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintenance of surface mount and associated assembly machinery, including Juki and Euro-placer placement machines, re-flow ovens, solder paste printers, and automatic optical inspection systems.
  2. Generation of clear and comprehensive maintenance records for traceability purposes.
  3. Maintenance and supervision of specialist contractors for building services, including heating, electrical, water, compressed air, and nitrogen.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years' experience in the maintenance of sophisticated manufacturing equipment, a good understanding of maintenance principles and processes, and a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary, 25 days' holiday plus an additional 1 day for each complete year's service to a maximum of 30 days, paid bank holidays, a pension scheme, free parking, and a company pension scheme with employer 5% contributions and employee 4% contributions.
