Key Responsibilities
  • Performing standard office tasks such as managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Possessing specialized knowledge in a specific clinical service area or a variety of services supported by the Administration Support Team.
  • Addressing inquiries, tracking progress, solving task-related issues, and providing non-clinical guidance or information to clinical staff or patients.
  • Generating clinical documentation and reports for patients and general practitioners.
  • Inputting data into clinical and administrative systems while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Utilizing SystmOne and Microsoft Office applications effectively.
  • Creating standard reports from databases.
  • Adhering to established processes and procedures, contributing to service enhancement by offering suggestions during team meetings.
  • Ensuring adequate supplies of stationery and stock in clinical areas and reporting to the Team Leader.
  • Building strong relationships with external contacts and partner organizations, ensuring the organization is represented positively.
  • Providing coverage for colleagues within the Administration Support Team, including occasional reception duties.
  • Engaging in audio typing and any other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader that align with the role.
