While previous Estate Agency experience is not essential, all training will be provided to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in sales and the current property market.

As an Estate Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships and consistently providing exceptional client service.
  • Identifying client requirements and matching those to our property portfolio.
  • Having a polite and confident telephone manner and being able to communicate details effectively.
  • Managing your time effectively to ensure you maximize appointment and activity levels.
  • Attending all relevant training courses to enhance your knowledge and improve your performance.

You can expect to receive:

  • Uncapped OTE opportunities ranging through to £25,000-£35,000 with additional bonus incentives and the opportunity to gain promotion within the first 12 months.

  • Have previous sales and customer service experience.
