We are seeking experienced Land Agents to join our team at Antony James Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our rural team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on a range of rural property matters.
Key Responsibilities- Working with a diverse range of clients to provide expert advice on rural property matters
- Selling and letting rural properties, including farms, estates, and other rural landholdings
- Undertaking rural property valuations to provide accurate and unbiased assessments of property values
- Providing estate management services to clients, including property maintenance, repairs, and renovations
- Assisting clients with compulsory purchase and compensation claims, including negotiations with acquiring authorities
- MRICS or AssocRICS status, with a strong understanding of rural property law and practice
- At least 3 years of post-qualified experience in a similar role
- Strong IT and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
