As an Estate Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships and consistently providing exceptional client service.

  • Managing your time effectively to ensure you maximize appointment and activity levels.
  • Attending all relevant training courses to enhance your knowledge and improve your performance.

  • Uncapped OTE opportunities ranging through to £25,000-£35,000 with additional bonus incentives and the opportunity to gain promotion within the first 12 months.
