About the RoleWe are seeking a talented Senior Operations Manager to support the Managing Director and ensure ownership of managing high-volume production, quality control, warehouse, and logistics processes and people. This exciting, challenging, and rewarding long-term role plays a pivotal role in optimizing our business operations and driving strategic growth.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Perpetual management of a large Operations team, consisting of Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Stock Control, and Transport.
- Lead the development, training, and performance management of over 100 employees.
- Identify and resolve operational issues.
- Identify and drive process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
