Our Private Label Nutrition team is seeking highly motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team in Blackpool. As a key player in the production department, you will work in a cleanroom environment, collaborating with a small, hardworking team to solve problems independently and as part of a team.

Our production team works with a range of high-quality tablets and capsules, supplying leading brands worldwide. We're particularly keen to speak with individuals who have experience in the manufacture of tablets, capsules, and/or blending of powders, preferably with experience in Bosch, Syntegon, and PTK machines.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Good communication skills
  • A keenness to learn and develop new skills
  • Strong timekeeping skills
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a great team
  • Attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained
  • Conduct Quality Control tests as required
  • Set up the manufacturing equipment and process
  • Ensure the smooth running of the manufacturing operation
  • Operate, control, monitor, and conduct cleaning for the manufacturing process equipment
  • Ensure we can achieve our KPIs and targets
  • Ensure the work area meets required GMP & BRC standards
  • Maintain and support right first-time culture
