Associate Director

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cost management services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of a value-added cost management service.
- Manage estimating and cost planning activities, including taking ownership of and presenting the final cost plan.
- Ensure that post-contract cost variances and change control processes are managed effectively.
- Lead a cost management team, ensuring that they deliver on all accountabilities.
- Develop new business opportunities with existing and new Turner & Townsend clients.
- Identify and act upon cross-selling opportunities.
- Work with Directors to construct bids for new work.
- Identify and act upon opportunities to improve cost management procedures, templates, and products.
- Experience of working on major infrastructure projects, preferably in the rail sector.
- Preferably MRICS qualified.
- NEC3 contracts experience, particularly Option C – Target Cost.
- Post-contract administration experience.
- Experience of working on major programmes and projects.
- Experience of working in the infrastructure sector, including rail, air, power, and highways.
- Experience in leading and managing teams.
