Job Title: Accountancy Associate Director

At Turner & Townsend Group, we are seeking an experienced Accountancy Associate Director to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure consultancy, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality project controls services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement client-specific project controls execution plans across major programmes, projects, and portfolios.
  2. Lead integrated project controls teams, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Contribute to the operational management of the Cost Centre and regional business, bringing innovative thinking and motivation to drive business growth.

Other key responsibilities include:

  1. Transcending project delivery to problem definition, solution development, and service growth.
  2. Business generation through contribution to bids, proposal writing, stakeholder, and resource management.
  3. Commission, client, line management, and coaching, mentoring, and inspiring positive change.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience within the infrastructure sector.
  2. Relevant APM qualifications and accreditations.
  3. Project controls systems expertise, including Primavera, @Risk, Safran, Project Online, Tableau, PowerBI, and Excel superusers.
  4. Knowledge of engineering and construction management.
  5. Sector specialism, especially in Rail, Water, and the Environment, Defence, Nuclear.
  6. PMO experience.
  7. Contracts knowledge.
  8. Experience of Microsoft Dynamics (D365).
  9. Skilled in oral and written communication.
  10. Autonomous worker but a team player.
