Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our hotel.
  • Coordinate seating for customers, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Upsell with latest departmental incentives, promoting our hotel's services and amenities.
  • Manage table set-ups, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Able to work in all areas of Food and Beverage, including Bar, Restaurant, Room Service, and Conference and Events.
  • Follow cash handling procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner, providing solutions to any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance of brand standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and service.
  • Strive to achieve departmental targets, contributing to the success of our Food and Beverage team.
  • Ensure cleanliness of work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our guests and colleagues.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
  • Comply with local licensing laws, ensuring a responsible and compliant service.
  • Be environmentally aware, promoting sustainable practices within our hotel.
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary, maintaining good working relationships and a positive team dynamic.

  • Excellent grooming standards, maintaining a professional appearance at all times.

Desirable Skills
  • Previous Food and Beverage and/or industry experience, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles and practices.

  • Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our guests and colleagues.
