Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Financial Sustainability Project. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the financial health of our organization and contribute to the growth and development of our Church community.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop a Comprehensive Financial Sustainability Strategy: Create a robust and actionable plan to ensure the long-term financial stability of our organization.
  • Project Management: Lead the development and implementation of the project plan, ensuring timely and effective delivery of results.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clergy, staff, parish teams, and national teams.
  • Financial Analysis and Planning: Conduct thorough financial analysis and develop strategic plans to optimize financial performance.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to equip ordained and lay leaders with the skills and knowledge needed to promote generosity and giving.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience in project management, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Theological Understanding: A deep understanding of Christian theology and discipleship, with a focus on generosity and giving.
