Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aquatic Educator to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.

About the Role

  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and abilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of our customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve the performance of our teaching programs
  • Provide excellent customer service and promote our facilities to members
  • Contribute to the development of our swimming programs and services

Requirements

  • ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification in swimming instruction
  • Experience of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work on an ad-hoc basis to meet the needs of the business
