Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aquatic Educator to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.

About the Role

  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to individuals and groups of all ages and abilities.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve targets and improve the performance of teaching programs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and promote memberships to our facilities.
  • Contribute to the development of our swimming programs and services.

Requirements

  • Hold an ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification in swimming instruction.
  • Have a good track record of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities.
  • Be able to work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be a positive role model with a fun and engaging approach.
