Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at South West Recruitment in Bournemouth, Dorset.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and methodical individual to generate business opportunities and build sales pipelines through outbound telesales to companies across Dorset and Hampshire.
You will have the opportunity to work with a bespoke CRM to generate leads and speak to local companies regarding their recruitment needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating business opportunities and building sales pipelines through outbound telesales
- Working with a bespoke CRM to generate leads and speak to local companies
- Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs
- Developing strong sales closing skills while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B telesales and business development.
You should be proactive and methodical in your approach, with experience in B2B relationship building and strong sales closing skills.
You will also have a strong understanding of the recruitment industry and be able to demonstrate a passion for business development.
Key requirements include:
