Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Shawthorpe Recruitment Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and driving new business revenue, managing a portfolio of customer accounts, and building and maintaining a steady pipeline of opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to ensure monthly targets are achieved and exceeded
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts with sales revenue in excess of £75k per annum
- Build and maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities to ensure constant flow of potential business
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
- Proven track record of successfully driving new business growth and revenue
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
