About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Floor Porter to join our Accommodation Services Department on a permanent or casual basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in consistently delivering memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a warm welcome to our hotel
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our floors and public areas
