**Job Summary**

Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team at their Huntingdon office. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all commercial aspects of projects, working closely with the Project Manager and Commercial Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and coordinate commercial activities, including valuations, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize cash flow and ensure efficient use of plant and equipment.
  • Provide commercial support to the Contracts Manager and report to the Managing QS.
  • Collaborate with the client, PQS, and senior staff to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and lead a small team of site-based Quantity Surveyors.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in a commercial role.
  • High level of computer literacy and proficiency in NEC Suite of Documents.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
