The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a relevant engineering field and hold or be pursuing Chartership status with a recognized professional organization such as MICE or ISTructE. A background in Civil/Structural engineering and experience in project bidding and management are essential. While prior managerial experience is advantageous, it can be cultivated through internal training.

Candidate Profile:
- Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Experience in Civil/Structural engineering.
- Preferred experience in mentoring and developing team competencies.
- Chartership status with a relevant professional body (MICE, ISTructE) is preferred; support for obtaining this can be provided for the right candidate.
