Service Manager-Learning Disabilities Position

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Supported Living services and teams. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of our services and delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our service users.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including CQC guidelines.
- Manage the financial performance of the service, including budgeting and cost control.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including families and carers.
- Contribute to the development of the service, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a care management role within Supported Living (LD) /Residential Care.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff, service users, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing circumstances.
- Knowledge of CQC guidelines and regulations.
