About the Role

We are working with several schools in Hillingdon to recruit experienced and qualified Learning Support Assistants to start immediately. The roles cover a wide range of age groups and learning disabilities, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in working with children with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children in the classroom, particularly in a 1:1 setting, to build a relationship of trust.
  • Manage challenging behavior in a positive and effective manner.
  • Carry out delegated tasks by classroom teachers in a professional and positive way.
  • Promote the school's culture and ethos.
Requirements

Candidates will be required to have an enhanced DBS check and the right to work in the UK. We cannot sponsor candidates or work with those on sponsorship with another company.

The roles are term-time only, with most positions working 8:30 to 3:30, Monday to Friday. We work with a variety of local schools, including primary, secondary, and SEN provision settings.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be rewarded with excellent rates of pay between £425-£475 per week.
