The role - Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Hillingdon
Learning Support Assistants work alongside class teachers to assist students who require extra support. It is your responsibility to assist these students with their academic studies, whether they have special educational needs or exhibit challenging behaviour.A Learning Support Assistant will provide support and motivation to students.It is LSA's responsibility to ensure that students can fully participate in the activities generally undertaken by the other children in the class and make progress as far as possible. As a LSA, it is highly desirable to have experience working with children who have SEN.
