About the Role:
The Internal Communications and Engagement Specialist will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Internal Communications and Engagement to help deliver creative and engaging internal communications as well as working on engagement activities to ensure our colleagues feel supported, heard and part of a great company to work for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative content for use across all our internal communications channels, including emails, Teams meetings, breakfast events, townhalls, face-to-face events, huddles with our Leadership Team, and the colleague intranet and benefits portal.
- Ensure we're building awareness and driving colleague satisfaction.
- Get involved in running colleague surveys, focus groups, promoting our company charities, liaising with external organizations to ensure our rewards offer and platform is the best it can be, and championing our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) strategy and objectives.
- Be a self-starter, an experienced internal communications specialist, and ready to be part of an organization that cares about making a difference to the lives of its colleagues and customers.
What We Offer:
This is a part-time role, but full-time will be considered for the right candidate. The role is offered on an initial 12-month adoption leave period.
