Job Title: Occupational Health Clinic Nurse - Band 5

Bank Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Health Clinic Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our Occupational Health department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake health surveillance for external clients, including peripatetic roles
  • Conduct pre-placement screening and provide advice on clearance
  • Perform individual client assessments and carry out clinical tasks, including venipuncture, vaccinations, and BCG scar checks
  • Undertake statutory and non-statutory health surveillance, including lung function testing, vision screening, and urinalysis
  • Assist Occupational Health Advisors in maintaining and ordering vaccinations and clinical stock
  • Provide an emergency response service for incidents such as sharps and needlestick injuries
Requirements:
  • NMC Registration
  • At least 6 months NHS experience in the last 3 years
  • Previous OH experience
  • Robust clinical knowledge and a proactive approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Honesty and integrity, and a caring patient-centred approach
