Job Summary

Vodafone is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our Travel Sim business digitally. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for defining and executing digital marketing campaigns and customer experience to drive commercial impact, customer acquisition, upsells, retention, brand awareness, and consideration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Propose, design, and lead the digital marketing strategy across multiple channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic.
  • Lead on all digital marketing activities, coordinating with the cross-functional team.
  • Implement and manage marketing campaigns, including Search Engine Optimisation and Social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
  • Define A/B testing campaigns and continuously review and optimise campaigns per region/country for maximum performance and ROI.
  • Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
  • Work closely with Brand and creative teams on creatives, optimisation, and budget management.
  • Map, review, and propose improvements to CX design.

Requirements

  • Subject matter expertise across paid channels, including Facebook, Google, Instagram, and Programmatic, SEO, and marketing strategies (ATL/BTL/TTL).
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing tech, including Adobe Analytics, Adform, Tealium IQ, Google Search Console, etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of data-driven approaches to solving complex product and business problems.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional digital and IT teams, internally and externally.
  • Strong technical understanding of platforms and latest technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to do quick turnarounds.
