In this pivotal role, you will manage the execution of luxury residential developments, ensuring that each project is delivered from concept to completion with precision and excellence.

Your responsibilities will encompass the management of all on-site operations, guaranteeing that projects adhere to timelines, budget constraints, and the highest quality standards.

You will work in close collaboration with architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that every detail aligns with our rigorous expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:

Direct the daily activities of various construction sites, ensuring compliance with project plans and schedules.


Quality Assurance:

Uphold exceptional quality and craftsmanship throughout the construction process, conducting regular evaluations and addressing any issues swiftly.


Team Management:
Supervise and lead a team of site personnel, subcontractors, and tradespeople, promoting a constructive and efficient work atmosphere.

Client Engagement:

Act as the main liaison for clients, providing consistent updates and addressing any inquiries to ensure satisfaction.


Health & Safety Compliance:
Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment for all personnel.

Financial Oversight:
Track project budgets, manage expenses, and ensure optimal resource allocation to meet financial objectives.

Record Keeping:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of project progress, including daily logs, schedules, and reports.

Reporting:
Collaborate closely with senior management to provide updates and insights on project status.

Requirements:

Experience:
A minimum of 10 years in managing high-end residential construction projects.

Qualifications:
Current certifications in SMSTS, Temporary Works, and First Aid are essential. A degree or CIOB qualification is preferred, with a trade background also considered.

Skills:
Strong leadership and communication abilities, capable of managing diverse stakeholders and coordinating intricate projects.

Planning Expertise:

Proficient in preparing and monitoring project schedules, with experience in Microsoft Projects, Asta, Excel, or similar tools.


Attention to Detail:
A meticulous approach to ensuring projects meet the highest quality standards.

  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on addressing challenges effectively.

Knowledge Base:
Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and building regulations pertinent to high-end residential projects.
