Role Overview:
The Senior Construction Manager will oversee a significant project exceeding £300 million, directly reporting to the Project Director.
Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Construction Manager will lead a substantial team comprising project managers and site managers, ensuring effective project execution.
- Full accountability for managing a major development, which includes a combination of steel and reinforced concrete frame high-rise structures, alongside various commercial buildings, with a total project value of £370 million.
- Maintain oversight of the project timeline, drive quality standards, and ensure that commercial, operational, and design aspects are aligned.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Director to guarantee client satisfaction and to empower team members to achieve their maximum potential.
Candidate Requirements:
