Role Responsibilities:

The successful candidates will engage in project delivery, including:

  • Conducting on-site valuations
  • Managing project meetings

This role will primarily involve office-based work complemented by regular site visits, providing valuable exposure to real-world project execution.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor in a consultancy or contracting environment
  • Background in the residential sector, particularly with social housing projects (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Pre & Post contract duties
  • BSc in Quantity Surveying or a related construction degree
