Job Description

**Job Title:** Sales Executive - Retail Packaging

**Position Overview:** Elsdon Supply Chain is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth in the retail packaging industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. **Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities:**
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  3. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

**Sales Reporting and Administration:**

  1. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
  2. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and materials.

**Negotiation and Closing:**

  1. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales.
  2. Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.

**Requirements:**

  1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail packaging industry.
  2. Strong understanding of retail packaging materials, products, and industry trends.
  3. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  4. Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Package:**

£28,000-£35,000
