Role Overview:
We are in search of a committed and enthusiastic Autism Support Teaching Assistant to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis. The successful candidate will work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, providing individualized attention and tailored support to a small class size.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, facilitating their access to the curriculum and helping them reach their full potential.
- Collaborate closely with class teachers and the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Assist students during extracurricular activities and school outings.
