Job Overview

Location: West London (hybrid)

Salary: Up to £93,000 + bonus + comprehensive benefits package

Xpertise is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to contribute to a significant transformation initiative within a leading FTSE100 organization. This role is pivotal as the company embarks on a large-scale technology overhaul, and we are looking for candidates who have successfully navigated similar transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership across multiple domains, ensuring solutions are aligned with both business objectives and strategic vision.
  • Establish and oversee processes and governance frameworks for enterprise architecture.
  • Deliver enterprise architecture insights to both business and technical teams.
  • Ensure that technology solutions adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with fellow architects to ensure solutions are in line with the strategic direction.
  • Align enterprise architecture initiatives with established standards and roadmaps, balancing quality, cost, and timelines.
  • Identify and communicate potential IT transformation opportunities.
  • Advocate for and support the implementation of agreed architecture methodologies and tools.
  • Conduct technical assessments and generate metrics to foster continuous improvement.
  • Support strategic supplier relationships by making informed architectural decisions.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience in steering complex enterprise architecture across various business domains and technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with established architectural frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
  • Ability to address intricate enterprise architectural challenges while managing both IT and business transformations.
  • Strong grasp of contemporary architectural practices and agile delivery methodologies.
  • Knowledge of diverse architecture and application deployment models, including microservices and event-driven architectures.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the capacity to lead and influence across different scenarios.
