**The Reservations Coordinator Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and sales-driven individual to join our reservations team as a Reservations Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for converting booking enquiries into sales, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maximizing sales and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Convert booking enquiries into sales, ensuring all aspects of the guest journey and experience are anticipated and delivered to the highest level.
  • Maximize sales and profitability by monitoring consumer demands and upselling in order to achieve targets.
  • Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the reservations department.
