About the Role

Brandon James, a leading quantity surveying consultancy in the UK, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their cost management team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering pre-contract and post-contract services, working closely with an Associate Director to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver quantity surveying services on a range of projects, including heritage, new build residential, commercial, and education projects.
  • Work closely with the Associate Director to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Mentor Assistant Quantity Surveyors and take on larger projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of the quantity surveying team and the growth of the business.
Requirements
  • Completed a Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree.
  • Preferably MRICS.
  • A successful track record of delivering projects.
  • Experience of running projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong communication and team player skills.
  • UK cost management/consultancy experience.
