I am currently working with a Construction Consultancy recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

You will be responsible for providing commercial advice on costs involved in the building projects. This role requires you to be a key point of contact with their clients and external parties.

In this role you will work on prestigious projects from larger industrial, education and residential sectors. You will also work with clients including health trusts, housing providers, government, Schools/ Universities, contractors and developers.

You will be responsible for:

Budget management
Provide advice on contract agreements
Advise on cost implications
Adhere to practice procedures.
Follow up business development

What They Are Looking For:

Degree qualification (RICS accredited or equivalent)
MRICS
NEC contract experience.
Experience of technically complex projects
