Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain dynamic and static reports for various business areas
  • Establish a reporting benchmark and process across the business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current reporting needs and opportunities
  • Design, develop, and enhance data capture and reporting tools
  • Support the Senior team in generating and maintaining meaningful management information
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Manage the Data Analytics Warehouse, automated reports, and back-end data lake
  • Engineer and develop the DAW, maintaining health and building for the future
  • Drive performance through data analysis and presenting opportunities
  • Undertake data analysis within assigned projects
  • Deliver data solutions and data lifecycles
  • Collect, extract, and analyze data from complex sources
  • Manage APIs from health and integration perspectives
  • Analyze and provide data on key operational performance, suggesting improvements and changes
  • Ensure quality standards are met and deadlines achieved
  • Support others in improving their use and understanding of data
  • Maintain industry knowledge and relationships with the internal team
Requirements
  • A creative and passionate individual with a love for communication and data analysis
  • Experience in a commercial, retail setting with a focus on impacting change and performance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract stories and craft hypotheses from data
